Article 3 (Purpose of collecting and using personal information)
The purposes for which the Society collects and uses personal information are as follows

- To contact users as necessary for maintenance, important notices, etc.

Article 4 (Change of Purpose of Use)

Article 5 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
Except in the following cases, the society will not provide personal information to a third party without prior consent of the user. However, this does not apply to cases permitted under the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations.

- When the following matters are notified or publicized in advance, and when the Society notifies the Personal Information Protection Committee.

(4) the provision of personal information to a third party will be discontinued upon the request of the person in question; and

Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, in the following cases, the party to which the relevant information is provided shall not fall under the category of a third party.
- Cases in which the society outsources all or part of the handling of personal information within the scope necessary for the achievement of the purpose of use
- When personal information is provided as a result of the succession of business due to merger or other reasons3. Article 6 (Disclosure of Personal Information)
When the Society receives a request for disclosure of personal information from an individual, it will disclose the information to the individual without delay. However, the Society may decide not to disclose all or part of the personal information in the following cases, and if it decides not to disclose the personal information, the Society will notify the individual to that effect without delay. A fee of 1,000 yen per case will be charged for the disclosure of personal information.
- when there is a risk of harm to the life, body, property, or other rights or interests of the person concerned or a third party
- If the disclosure is likely to cause significant hindrance to the proper conduct of the Association’s business.
- If it violates any other laws or regulations.
Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, the Society will not, in principle, disclose non-personal information such as historical information and characteristic information.
Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)
- If a user’s personal information in the possession of the Society is incorrect, the user may request the Society to correct, add, or delete (hereinafter referred to as “correct, etc.”) the user’s personal information in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the Society. The Society may request the correction, addition or deletion of personal information (hereinafter referred to as “Correction, etc.”).
- If the Society deems it necessary to respond to the request from the User as described in the preceding paragraph, the Society shall correct, etc. the relevant personal information without delay.
3.When the Society corrects the personal information in accordance with the preceding paragraph, or decides not to do so, the Society will notify the User of such decision without delay.
Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.)
- If the Association receives a request from a person to cease use or delete his/her personal information (hereinafter referred to as “cease of use, etc.”) on the grounds that it is being used for purposes beyond the scope of the intended use or that it has been obtained through wrongful means, the Association will conduct the necessary investigation without delay. When a request is made to suspend the use of personal information (hereinafter referred to as “suspension of use, etc.”) on the grounds that the information is handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use or that the information was obtained by wrongful means, we will conduct the necessary investigation without delay.
- If, based on the results of the investigation as described in the preceding paragraph, the Society deems it necessary to comply with the request, it will suspend the use of the relevant personal information without delay.
3.If the Society suspends the use of personal information in accordance with the preceding paragraph, or decides not to suspend the use of personal information, the Society will notify the user of this without delay.
4.Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, in cases where the suspension of use involves a large amount of cost or it is otherwise difficult to suspend the use of personal information, and alternative measures can be taken to protect the rights and interests of users, these alternative measures shall be taken.
Article 9 (Changes to Privacy Policy)
- The content of this Privacy Policy may be changed without notice to users, except as otherwise provided by law or other regulations.
- Unless otherwise specified by the Society, the revised Privacy Policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on this website.
